Pros
Business leaders frequently come up with new initiative on a project; gives opportunity to learn, test ideas and increase capacity (if one can handle the pressure).
Cons
- Extreme work pressure, people who work here become lifeless within a month. People don't even let people think outside work! - Vision not clear for some of the products., goals keep changing and business leaders come up with impossible targets. - Visible amount of corporate politics. - Too many meetings that eat up a large portion of the time. - Useless HR department, they do nothing for the employees; they shouldn't exist. - Benefits are getting less and less by time.
