      1. NO FOCUS (Business, Strategy, Product) 2. Very fluctuating decision making from the CEO & Vertical Lead (sManager) 3. Very disrespectful attitude (CEO and Vertical Lead) 4. Loads of motivational speeches from the managements, but no motivational acknowledgement for the employees. 5. Career threatening for the young professionals. 6. Very unstructured, unprofessional and IMMATURE HR
