      na epoca em que eu estava, nao tenho nada a reclamar... o que costumava acontecer era problemas diarios que acontece em todas as empresas e falta de comunicação

      Pros

      ShawCor has one of the best benefits programs going. Their matched contributions in the 401k are great and the continuation of the healthcare program at the level it is at, despite other companies dropping this is a credit to the business.

      Cons

      Their salaries are not quite in line with the industry, and while they promote within to fill roles, the remuneration is not always up to the mark.
