Learning to deal with the public in a friendly manner even when they are not so friendly. Ability to learn the requirements of your job very easily
Cons
Management staff is usually lazy, uneducated, and extremely useless. Part time employees are exploited to do all the work while managers sit around and do nothing! Also there is nothing but DRAMA when working here
