Pros
Time off TOPP program. Instore managers and associates are great. Pay is good for full time and up. good locations.
Cons
Corporate HR and operations at shaw's and supervalu leadership is unethical. Will find any reason to let go higher paid associates while keeping corporate HR, LP and Ops deadwood. High priced retailer with lower quality products. Hard to be on the sales floor and justify what corporate is doing to the business and trying to sell the public.
