Pros
flexible hours, good co workers, good full time pay, lots of locations to work, they have lots of different opportunities within each store to work in different depts and learn about the whole operation.
Cons
Layoffs, associates working in depts they are not trained for, ability means nothing to the company, no chance for advancement anymore, more layoffs to come just makes for bad morale and not a fun work enviorment which reflects in customer service and productivity.
