Flexible, management not great. - Customer Service Representative Shaw's Employee Review

Management isn't always great, they have all been promoted because they've worked there a million nears not because they are the best for the job. There are some good managers but also a lot of bad ones. Not much room for advancement because all the managers have worked there 10+ years and there never any positions tht open up.
