Pros
Regular hours that I could count on week to week. I always knew which day I would have off.
Cons
Management piles more and more without staffing to get it accomplished. Overheard store manager say "Push him til he drops." He also said, to my manager, "Don't be a loser." When one of my coworkers put in his vacation request, after 15 years of service and a full year of not taking any time off, he was told "No. Too bad for you." This is the mentality of the upper "leadership". Very disheartening.
