It used to be a great place to work.....not so much anymore - Certified Pharmacy Technician Shaw's Employee Review

It has been a downhill since Supervalu took over Shaw's. There is very little done by the company to motivate employees. There is a lot of micromanaging, which makes it difficult for employees to perform successfully, especially when labor hours are constantly cut. Many employee benefits were cut down or cut out all together. The company's values also seem to have shifted from outstanding customer service to merely making a profit.
