Awful company to work for - Produce Clerk Shaw's Employee Review

All stores are under staffed, they expect the skeleton staff that they have to do jobs that require a lot of labor, but don't want to add labor, then get mad & blame the employees when things can't get done. Food quality has gone down. Management treats employees with no respect. No employee recognition for good work. Used to be a good place to work. 2 people a week are quitting in every store for these reasons (people that have been with Shaw's for years).
