Valuable lessons overshadowed by poor management issues - Anonymous employee Shaw's Employee Review

I can not speak for all stores, but the one I worked for was poorly run in so many ways. The store manager at the time was ineffective and usually left things to the assistant store manager who was abusing his power greatly. My department manager was not at work for months at a time and got away with it every time. I'll leave it at that.
