Pros

- Met some wonderful colleagues - Built my own strength after the difficult times I had coming in to work

Cons

- Bullying culture, it's either that you fit in with it or you get driven to leave - several members of staff have been driven to leave, and when they've spoken to management about it, nothing has been done to support them - Lack of confidentiality - when you ask for support, it is spoken about to other staff members - Discrimination against staff with disabilities, including things like not putting adjustments in (even though the charity is disability confident and talks excessively about wellbeing) - and doing things like extending staff's probation periods based on days off related to their disabilities which they have not been given adjustments for (which btw is a legal requirement) - There are inappropriate relationships and conflicts of interests - people are being recruited based on being friends with management rather than skill - Negligent of customers - for example not addressing when customers have expressed vulnerabilities, a few customers said they were suicidal and had made attempts on their lives but the management did not know what to do, so did nothing to safeguard the customers - They take credit for work done by front line staff - They are far too target orientated - They just want to use customers to increase their statistics and programme starts, they see them as numbers rather than individuals who really need support - Unequal pay between staff members - even if they have the same roles and the same amount of experience - Staff come into work very late, they drink and take drugs before coming in to work and while they're at work. - There are staff members on the phone having a personal conversations while customers are about
