      my colleagues especially those that still believe they can make a difference!

      Cons

      bullying uncompliant number fudging no compassion for clients no celebration of successes blame culture crap pay and no chance of increase or incentives threatening behaviour from management no confidentiality when speaking to management or HR hope scottish governtment reads this and investigates!! NEVER WORK FOR THEM!
