      Pros

      Shaw offers great flexibility and the ability to work from home remotely, a good amount of PTO time as well as your birthday off and a charity day off, and a good match on 401K. They are a stable company to work for and build a career at. I have good coworkers and a good manager whom I enjoy working with.

      Expensive healthcare plans and sometimes you have to wear a lot of hats

      Great collaborative environment with a relaxed work culture. There's ample opportunity to be involved in large projects that affect company success.

      Different atmosphere depending on what you are doing and what section you are working with.
