Fairly relaxed work environment. Safety is Important. Excellent supervisors in all departments (except HR). Fair Pay, Benefits & Bonuses, depending on the position.

Generic KPI's are not sufficient to address actual work performance. HR Department Head seems to be somewhat unethical as their role dictates they should be (mine and others experience). Get everything in writing!
