      Well defined processes, real focus on engineering and process management, lots of places to move up to if you fit the "Shaw Mold"

      Cons

      Favoritism, lying, still not sure how someone can work themselves up to an engineering position with no formal degree

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
