      I really enjoyed this company. Great opportunities, great pay, but the people are what made this place

      A lot of red tape to try to accomplish things but this is barely a con as there is clearly a purpose for it.

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
