Glassdoor doesnt allow people to rate in negatives... else there genuine rating would have been less than zero.
Any review u see above 3 stars is highly likely a fake review taken care by ORM team or any onshore team.
They believe in the law of balance.. the more they hire the more they fire.
HR walk the floor as if they are spies. They stare at every laptop screen and walk like zombies but they dont make that sound.
After teams are downsized they call the rest of teams to assure its never gonna happen again and they take them to party all night to get over. But guess what it happens again.. the firing and the party. They throw more post firing party than success parties as there is nothing much successful about them and never ever will be.
