Pros

Great team, staff training nights and events. Rewarded for hard work. Flown to Melbourne for the yearly Gala, flown to the Gold Coast and other locations before Christmas to prep and talked through upcoming products that will be hitting the store. Training on products as you've alot to learn.

Cons

Micromanaged by area and regional managers. Not flexible with hours and long shifts. Systems frequently break. Tattoos and piercings are frowned upon and will dismiss you even if they aren't visible. Don't get paid extra for overtime. Training lacking in areas.

- Can get busy and pressured during sales periods - Sales targets can feel challenging at times - Standing for long periods during shifts - Weekend and late trading hours are often required

Pros

I really love the positive and supportive workplace culture. The team is amazing friendly and always willing to support one another, which makes the job more enjoyable. Management provides great training and guidance, There is always strong focus on delivering quality customer service and working with reliable, well-known products. Would highly recommend.

Cons

Only challenges involves balancing customer service and attaining kpis, but is something i enjoy.
