      Every decision goes through CEO - leaders dont move without his input Lack of standards in job performance, some cronyism Sometimes missing sense of urgency Lack of funding (all biotech)

      Fast paced and sometimes stressful environment, which has more to do with the biotech space than the actual company.

      The study team was easy to work with and were very organized.

      Cons

      I personally didn't experience any concerns. Unfortunately, my contract ended due to change to their clinical trials.
