Reasonable facilities, breaks and clear policies In place. Pay rate & bonus reasonable for area generally. Scope to develop and attend training for persons who show willingness to progress. Managers generally accepting of reasonable adjustments or requests. Continual improvement & Investment seen, stability
Cons
Some jobs can be mundane and repetitive although job rotation implemented to help but if you’re a packer etc to be expected for this type of work. Improvements can take a while to implement. Some people employed have a negative attitude which can bring others down
