Great benefits (medical/dental/401K), generous holidays/vacation. My division has very competent executive staff dedicated to driving our business in the right direction for growth success. The best executives we've had in years. They're very motivating/inspirational. My division is good at promoting staff. I really enjoy working with my co-workers, they're great people. My division cares about it's employees and constantly strives for an improved employee culture. My division has taken the initiative to setup employee training through AMA and welcomed staff throughout the country to attend.
Cons
A corporate structured plan for promoting employees, like a promotion tier, would be a great addition. Maybe something based on the current review process. A corporate sponsored training program for in-house or offsite classes taught by professional instructors would be a welcome addition to the current online Sharp University training system.
