They had a great cafeteria once!

Upper management has their head in the ground and the sales force is tasked now to reach goals that are not in line with reality due to ongoing - debt. They got bought by FOXCONN for 1billion less than offered once FOXCONN found "accounting misstatements" and the debt is still there it didn't go away as well as the shrinking market share and dealers picking up other more stable lines.
