Can be overwhelming at time

Good coworkers, flexible hours, most people are respectful, good entry level opportunities, communication is good most of the time

Constant fire fighting, training, little room for growth, poor planning and management in multiple departments, pay, benefits, PTO are not competitive to other pharmaceutical packaging companies, you will do work outside of your job description
