Pros
Friendly atmosphere: bosses are very approachable, colleagues enjoy going out together. The product is really interesting and creative, which means it's easy to get excited about. The business itself is growing quickly, which means there's lots of potential for career growth since the company is opening new branches and creating new products.
Cons
I haven't been working there for long so it's hard for me to say. However, I would say that some employees work overtime. However, it's usually sales that works overtime, and they are compensated for their extra sales if they give an extra effort.
