Pros

-Money -Cool office & vibes -Nice people colleagues ( horizontal scale) -Hip&trendy neighbourhood - Very good marketing team. They are very good at branding and public image.

Cons

If there is one department to avoid, it's definitely the operations department. The rest seems pretty chill. They will juice you and your health. They say they close during Christmas, indeed but I promise you will be working on the 25th , the 26th, the 1st, etc. All holidays basically and most of the weekends. They expect you to answer emails during the Weekend. If you don't they will use the fact that they pay your phone so you do so. They say you can work from home, but in fact they will discourage you unless it's an emergency and "necessary". They have gym membership downstairs, but makes you feel bad if you go during lunch time. While everyone is enjoying their Friday happy hour, you will be enjoying last minute emergencies. Summer schedule applies to everyone except operations, there's too many emergencies for you to enjoy it. I've witnessed one burn out in the graphic design department. I've witnessed an employee crying in the bathroom. Very male-centric company. There were no women with leading roles or leader position. All closed office are occupied by men. They want 100% of your time, so say goodbye to personal projects. Even school, they don't pay for it, unless you're management.

Hello, First of all, thank you for your feedback, as this is how we can make sure we constantly improve ourself as a company. You make some valid points and rest assured that some internal changes are in the works. We are a fast growing company and yes, we do require the best from our employees, so it is only normal that we should give them our very best as well. If you wish so, you can contact me and I’d be happy to get more feedback from you. Best regards, Natacha Brind’Amour Director of Human Resources

Cons

- Smaller organizations need to be savvy with resources, so sometimes prioritizing one idea/issue/product can come at the cost of others
