Pros

Shared_Studios is an organization with an extraordinary vision - to connect people around the world in meaningful ways to catalyze change and overcome cultural difference. Working with Shared_Studios provides an opportunity to be a part of this change, meet incredible people from every corner of the globe, and foster connections that are both professional, and personal. As a small organization with a big mission, they do not always get everything right however, over the last year they have worked to refine their values, globalize their team, recognize their shortcomings, and enact new and exciting ways to connect people around the world. Pros: Amazing, globally diverse team who are all deeply committed to the work they are doing, agile and flexible, and always working to make good work great work Opportunities to interact with a variety of organizations and, more importantly, incredible people from all over the world Opportunities to learn innovative approaches to problem solving that are invaluable for one's professional and personal life

Cons

If you are the type of person who likes to know exactly what you are doing every day, this is not the place for you. Working for Shared_Studios requires you to be adaptable, wear a number of different hats, and be comfortable stepping into roles and responsibilities that may not be part of the job description. Be comfortable with critique. Because the organization is always trying to be better, work better, and make an even more impactful difference, you have to be comfortable with constructive, critical feedback, and be up for the challenge of always striving to improve the work you do.
