Great if you are one of the favourites and in the clique

They have not increased the daily pay rate for many years but have increased the workload. They expect you to work unpaid overtime. There is a toxic workplace where favourites are given work and those not in the clique are simply not given work. Take as zero hours workers there is a huge imbalance between the days given our to work. Personal friends of the permanent staff are given far more work than the rest. If you dare to challenge this you are not given work at all. They constantly tell everyone how amazing it is to work for SSCL but the reality is that it is an 'old boy network'.
