I truly have to say this was the worst experience I've had in my entire life thus far. Please, PLEASE read this and run. I don't care how desperate you are for a job, this is not worth it! Okay:
1) Crazy CEO. As the other reviews have stated, she's insane and punishes her employees rather than uplifting them. You can see her effects trickle down to lower levels of management as well, who push their reports to attain the unattainable so that they can keep the CEO happy. I have to say my manager was equally as bad as the CEO. Completely unrealistic, abusive, and a slave-driver due to fear of what would happen to them if they didn't meet ridiculous expectations. By the time I was getting ready to quit, I literally cried every day before going into work.
2) The company has completely fallen apart. The ONLY good thing about Shareablee was my co-workers who were (semi) plentiful while I was there. Now that everyone has either left or been fired save for a few gems (godspeed, friends), there is literally no reason to join. Oh, and the company never knew how to allocate resources either. Rather than adding new employees to areas that were cracking from growing pains, leads added them to already plentiful departments such as sales/development.
3) There is no one to hear your pleas. I had a completely crazy, rage-filed lead who regularly verbally abused and attacked their reports (due to their own fear of the even crazier CEO). There is no HR or anyone who can hear your cries for help. Everyone is too afraid of losing their own job to help others or take a stand.
DO NOT WORK HERE. PERIOD. (Especially new grads and interns, no matter how desperate you are--they will suck the soul right out of you.)
