1. Can fire you on an immediate basis if something wrong happens. Insensitive to the emplyee's situation. 2. Treats employees like slaves 3. Cofounders using abusive language openly in townhalls 4. Work life balance is very skewed. Continuously you will be overloaded with work. Overall Not a place to work long term.
