Good pay and exposure, but toxic leadership and HR - Manager ShareChat Employee Review

The product leadership should have changed long back. Good people have exited and toxic ones rule here. CEO lacks awarenes and is easy to manipulate. Most likely he doesn't even have concern. HR is worst ever hands down. Had never come across HR so crude who has zero care about culture. Extremely untrustworthy.
