-The CEO goes through great lengths to make sure the people at ShareASale are treated like family...you aren't just a number/body to fill a seat -The company has a history of growth and success. -The technology they are building is ahead of it's competitors! -Growth opportunity is there if you put the effort in -Location of the office is superb -CHALK BOARD WALLS! -There is a lot of encouragement to learn new skills -Great employee benefits and perks
Cons
When a company is growing, there will always be growing pains. The only real "con" is that the growth of the office/staff could be a little more in line with the growth of the client base, etc.
