      - Great team - Really knowledgeable and approachable colleagues - Listen to feedback and take on board - Flat managerial structure - Laid back approach to delivery - Blame free culture - C team are hands on working as consultant so understand what's happening on the coal face - Remote and flexible working - Genuinely care about staff and their progress - Employee share scheme - Understand their people are the business and look after them

      Cons

      None so far. I miss seeing those other side my team more regularly as in an office but nobody is too busy to say hi.

      Pros

      The first thing that I noticed at Shaping Cloud was that it actually lives and breathes the idea of nurturing a positive company culture. So often, this aspect gets claimed during interview stages, but it was refreshing to see it actually in action when I joined. I work within a team of very knowledge experts in their field which was a welcome relief, because one never wants to be the smartest cookie in the jar and I’m far from that at Shaping Cloud. I am always learning.
