      Meager employee discount on rent

      Cons

      Management is very interesting; corporate thinks theyre above the ppl that are in the field (i.e. property managers etc.). Lots of drama for such a small company. No loyalty. Employees are older (50+). Its just a cold, stoic company to work for.

      Vacation time and year end bonus.

      Cons

      Leadership. Lack of training. Favoritism. They do not follow CA housing laws. Never have I worked for a company so terrible to their employees and residents.
