It was a little Rocky at first with the property staff there were a lot of temps and different mangers. it has gotten a lot better. great team now. no complaints.

Vacation time and year end bonus.

Leadership. Lack of training. Favoritism. They do not follow CA housing laws. Never have I worked for a company so terrible to their employees and residents.
