8 years ago the bonuses were generous. When Nathan Shapell was alive there was real leadership at this company.
Cons
Management is much to old, with old management styles from the 50's. Board of directors are clueless and have no leadership skills after Nathan Shapell (the founder & owner) passed. The company rarely promoted from within, always bringing in outsiders that would leave once they realized how awful the company was.
