Over the past year, the leadership team at ShapeShift has been focusing on company culture and the benefits are starting to pay off. Even with covid, the company is at a great chemistry point where everyone legitimately enjoys working with everyone.
It's also fun to work at a company where everyone believes in the company mission and is a crypto enthusiast.
Lastly, I appreciate the leadership team for making tough decisions and pivoting where necessary. I'm glad we are constantly evolving our strategy as the market dictates.
