      There are not many at all

      Cons

      BAD Management. They have no concept on how to treat people. There is so much back biting and tattle telling, you cannot function there. People are not recognized for their contributions. And they are certainly not compensated very well. You will be treated as property not as an individual.

      Pros

      Stress free job, management does not hound you about job performance.

      Cons

      Not much upward movement and management is very old school, so they don’t do much for their employees in terms of good work culture, PTO, mental health days, etc.
