Pros
Bonus structures, benefits, personal development support. As long as you show up on time, put in effort… you’ll be successful. The managers all want you to succeed as that’s how they succeed. The only people I saw who didn’t succeed were because they were not a cultural or personality fit for a sales role… so be open to learning new things, be humble during training and be a go-getter during the sale. That’s it folks!
