Small independent eyewear company, young & ambitious people, casual dress code, very laidback environment. Good place to start if you're looking for experience in the eyewear industry and get the scope behind different brands.

Not much room for individual growth, micromanagement issues, bad communication issues. Like other small companies there are some growing pains. Employees' voices aren't heard by the owner a lot of times. Could pay a lot more. Each employee wears many different hats.
