Pros
This company is a great way to break into the world of flexo printing. Mainly spot color and line art with very little screened print labels will make it easy to break in to flexo nuances without having to worry much about dot gains.
Cons
The company is behind the times technology-wise, but economics is slowly bringing them into the 21st century. If you can work with management dragging their feet on updating the presses, you will be ok. The workers are open to change, but the current management needs to trust them more and put forth a genuine effort to train them. Currently, the culture can be toxic if you get caught in the middle of all this conflict.
