      Pros

      they will make you work with no fixed timing and in holidays too and they will micromanage to a level that surviving in this office for a month is a big pain. No professionalism & no coordination between both of the founders. One goes east other goes west.

      Cons

      The office doesnt have washroom Employee have to go to public washroom. No Offer letter and appointment letter given to any employee even after this company founder says so. They will take work from you and wont even pay you. Highly toxic work environment with no clarity over work. If you are joining this place, make sure you are ready to go through hell each day for sake of some money.

      Got 1 good client which was good to put in cv and run away from there.

      Cons

      Owner guilt trip you for everything - holidays, work . Very toxic . Fake salary show in reality they pay very less than what they display on hiring apps. They manipulate well for it.

      Pros

      I worked as a Graphic Designer and I got great opportunities to work for Big Corporates at Shamoor namely Valvoline, Indian Railways, Anytime Fitness India. The experience you get is vast and the management is very cooperative in terms of exploring different kinds of projects. The office ambience is amazing and team is also very friendly. It's a good organisation for learning and career growth. Unlike other agencies, work pressure is not much and the management is very understanding.

      Not any I could think of.
