The company is running like tea stall. CEO doesn't know how to appreciate team members. If you work as a developer they will overload you with project.If you work in sales your life is hell. There is no proper training to new trainee. Even your managers can't speak English. They will just provide you laptop and internet and except you to meet the targets. They treat sales team like salves. No appreciation for your efforts. Everywhere they have install cameras even in lift. You will feel that you are big boss contestant who have been watched 24/7. While I was using girl's toilet I found they were not clean at all. Even I couldn't find hand wash to clean my hands. I will never recommend any girl to join this company.
