Overall a great company to work for and smart and fun people work here. Management is transparent about where the business is (growing). Products are fantastic as is the science behind them.

Deadlines can be pretty tight sometimes.

A good amount of positions are fully remote.

The higher-ups like to act like we're "family" but they definitely do not care about their employees. I've seen hardworking employees who have spend 10+ years at the company and working directly with the CEO be laid off to save money. Also every team is understaffed and overworked, and going above and beyond isn't rewarded in any way. Compensation is way below market value for all positions, yet you are expected to wear multiple hats and meet unrealistic deadlines.
