Boss was BEYOND unprofessional in dealing with employee concerns. Producers are super stingy about your work. Too many hours with only one day off per week, no concern for holidays either. Bad equipment. Too much workload passed off onto subordinates so that the producers and engineers have no responsibility at all. Lowest pay for 50 Hour workweeks.
