      Pros

      It’s a pretty good job, with really good people and a fantastic product. Shadow Health is a really excellent company.

      Cons

      ACs are responsible for lead generation, which isn’t easy. Lots of cold calling. But the training is pretty good, so that helps.

      Pros

      Shadow Health has the feel of a medium size company with the benefits and opportunities of a larger corporation. Workers are given a great degree of autonomy in the efforts to help make the nursing simulation software which is an awesome feeling.

      Cons

      Most Cons that I have had with the company have been resolved in the last 6 months. Management seems the most in-touch they have ever been, salaries have increased for a number of the technical roles to be more competitive with other software companies (including mine!), and there are a lot of career growth opportunities now that the company has been acquired by Elsevier.
