- Constant changes by the minute to business plans and workflows without testing or recommendations from staff - Mandatory training outside of working hours with no compensation - Paid salary with lots of over-time and no compensation ( they may buy you lunch when your a new hire) - False promises of company progress reviews and employee reward/bonus programs - High turnover rate i.e. always multiple ads on Indeed - No time or effort given to train new staff - Senior management is run by young unprofessional's with no concern for anything outside of job. (You must eat, sleep and breath this job or you will be replaced) - Very poor company culture (You are required to only communicate to other employees through their monitored instant messaging system)
