Pros
Have seen this company grow over the past four years, leaps and bounds. Along with many knowledgeable employees and various other resources available it provides the opportunity to learn a lot and help grow the company too. There is an amazing work culture that is developing at ShadeFX, with friendly people, lots of exposure to new ideas to incorporate into your own unique projects that will help drive sales personally. I have had the opportunities to grow and advance in both my projects which deliver a good income. Location is the second biggest factor, the sweet spot for my travels each and every day which makes coming to work that more pleasant. Work life balance is a key factor, as family does come first and with the support from management.
Cons
If you are looking for exposure and knowledge this is the place, but if you are looking for a very high end pay with loads of benefits you're in for some disappointment. There are some growing pains to be expected as your growth with the company via the processes and standardization of what projects you work on, but over time things balance out and you're a part of the company overall growth.
