Pros
1. I joined because I thought that I would be working in .NET and related technologies.
2. I had very little communication with the senior management but they were nice. Actually they were better than the .NET dev team guys.
3. People might complain about salary but I won't, keeping in mind the current compensation for any fresher in .NET development, in Kolkata.
Cons
1. Actually they were working in the above mentioned technologies but I left when they couldn't provide me with an assignment after four days.
2. There is no such thing as office culture. People are actually on facebook as soon as they reach office. They start working after all that is done.
3. There is no thing as induction. Nobody told me a thing about their company.
4. I was hired for the post of .NET developer but wasn't even allotted a PC (even after complaints from few other guys who sat beside me).
