Seyfarth Shaw is a wonderful place to grow one's career as an attorney. Because it is so innovative, it will remain among the top law firms globally as more traditional models become endangered by a changing marketplace. I am proud to be among the professionals working to serve our clients.
Cons
The legal marketplace is challenging. As with all lawyers, our lawyers struggle to find the best way to balance our desire to provide the best services that our clients can expect at a price point that allows us to function as a business. Our innovative platform allows us to do better than our peers as we confront this challenge. But it is hard nonetheless.
